My name is Jeremiah, and I’ve been training for five years—three of those years PROPERLY. I started working out around age 13, but it took LOTS of trial and error to truly understand the fundamentals of training and diet. Now at 18, I have a clear grasp on what works and what doesn’t, and I’m using this platform to share everything I’ve learned so far.While I’m not yet a certified personal trainer or licensed dietitian, I’m actively working toward those credentials. This site is the beginning of a long-term project—one that I hope grows into a full-time career helping others build the body and mindset they want.I named this platform The Strength Journal because I want it to represent realness and authenticity—not perfection or flashy trends, but consistent growth, brutal honesty, and real results. This isn't about faking it for the algorithm.
